versus THE STATE GOVT OF NCT OF DELHI & ANR..... Respondents Through Dr. M.P. Singh, APP with SI Raju, PS. Govind Puri for the State Respondent nos. 2 to 4 in person

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK

O R D E R

% 01.03.2018 It is submitted that a quarrel ensued between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 4 on the issue of parking and cross FIRs were registered.

Respondent nos.2 to 4 are present in Court and have been identified by SI Raju of police station Govind Puri. Respondent nos. 2 to 4 submit that they have settled the matter with petitioners of their own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, vide a Memorandum of Understanding dated 15th November, 2017. Respondent nos. 2 to 4 further submit that they have no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 4, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending.

Accordingly, FIR No. 385/2017 under Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC at Police Station Govind Puri, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
