On 10.03.2023, Court had noted that there was no appearance on behalf of the Appellant on 20.11.2019, 15.03.2022 and 21.09.2022. In the interest of justice, adverse orders were deferred. 2.

Order sheets indicate that even thereafter there has been no appearance, save and except on 14.08.2024, on which date also the counsel had not given his appearance.

None appears for the Appellant even today. It appears that the Appellant is not interest in prosecuting the present appeal. The same is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution and in default. 4.
