The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning an order dated 30.10.2017 passed by respondent no.1 (Chairman, Public Grievances Commission). The operative part of which reads as under:- "4. Directions of the PGC Keeping in view the report filed by D.T.C. at today's hearing, the Commission directs CMD, D.T.C to personally monitor this case and ensure that all illegal occupants are evicted and Govt. land is recovered. With this direction, the grievance case is ordered to be closed in the Public
Grievances Commission."

The petitioner claims to be in possession of certain lands and apprehends that on the basis of the aforesaid order, the petitioner would be forcibly evicted without following due process of law. 3.
Ms Ahlawat, learned counsel for the respondents states that the petitioner is in unlawful occupation of the land, nonetheless, proceedings to evict him would be taken in accordance with law. 4.
In view of the above statement, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.
