% 31.01.2019 Petitioners impugn order dated 01.08.2017, whereby, charge has been framed against the petitioners under Sections 302/341/34 IPC.

Learned APP for the State, under instructions from the Investigation Officer, submits that the trial is concluded and the petitioners have already been convicted of the offence under Sections 302/341/34 IPC.

In view of the judgment having been pronounced by the Trial Court, the present petition has become infructuous. The same is dismissed as infructuous.
