The present application has been jointly filed by the parties under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC for placing on record the settlement arrived at between the parties vide Settlement Agreement dated 10.02.2025 before Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the settlement, the petitioners have already received the vacant and peaceful possession of the subject premises in lieu of sum of Rs.12 lacs paid under the settlement.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of alongwith pending application.
