This order is in continuation of the orders dated 22.11.2017 and 27.11.2017. On the last date of hearing, having regard to the limited dispute in the present case, which was in respect of the height of the petitioner, we had directed him to appear before the Chief Medical Officer of the Medical Unit in the Delhi High Court Complex for getting his height measured and a report was directed to be submitted in that regard. 2.
Pursuant to the petitioner appearing before him, Dr. K.J.S. Bansal, Chief Medical Officer In-charge of the Medical Health Centre, Delhi High Court has submitted a Report dated 28.11.2017 in a sealed cover which has been opened and perused.

As per the said Report the height of the petitioner is 170 cms. It is an undisputed position that height prescribed for Combined Services Examination for male candidates in the „General‟ category is 170 cm. 4.
As a result, the plea of the petitioner that he meets the eligibility of height prescribed for the Combined Services Examination is borne out from the Medical Report dated 28.11.2017 placed on record. 5.
Mr. Anurag Ahluwalia, learned counsel for the respondents states that apart from the eligibility of height, there are some further medical tests which the petitioner needs to undergo, in order to be eligible to appear in the main examination that is tentatively scheduled on 15.12.2017. 6.
The respondents are directed to call upon the petitioner to appear before the concerned authorities for undergoing the remaining medical tests. If the petitioner is found eligible, an Admit Card shall be issued to him for appearing in the Main Examination on the scheduled date. 7.
The present petition is disposed of in the above terms, with no order as to costs.
