% 06.04.2018 Learned counsel for the parties submit that the Expert Committee constituted by the respondent no.2/University, has favourably considered the request of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 also submits that as per her instructions, the result of the petitioner in respect of all the subjects of the first semester examination, would stand revived.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

It is, however, expected that the decision taken by the Expert Committee of the respondent no.2/University, would be implemented at the earliest by the respondents.

The petition is disposed of as infructuous.
