This writ petition makes a grievance that the respondent No.1 is violating the provisions of SPG Act, 1988 and Rules and Regulations made thereunder.

The writ petitioners seeks writ of mandamus to the respondent No.1 to comply with the same and to furnish an affidavit/undertaking in terms of the prayers made in the petition.
