This application has been filed by the plaintiff seeking leave to withdraw the suit with permission to file fresh suit with respect to any cause of action that may arise in the future in relation to any similar advertisement issued by the defendant.

In view of the facts and circumstances stated in the application, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn. Application is disposed of accordingly. 3.

Needless to mention, if the plaintiff has any cause of action; they are always at liberty to institute proceedings.
