% 23.11.2017 The petitioner seeks the following relief:- " ... that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ in the nature of mandamus or other appropriate writ/writs order and direction against the respondents no.2 and 3 to provide protection to the petitioner and take action against the accused person."
The learned counsel for the State submits that FIR No.1242/2017 u/s 195 A IPC has already been registered at Police Station Aman Vihar, Delhi. In the circumstances, the Station House Office of Police Station Aman Vihar, Delhi, is directed to interact with the petitioner to assess the threat perception apropos her safety and accord due security to her forthwith i.e. today itself. He shall furnish the telephone numbers of two police officers to the petitioner, including of one lady officer, of the area
concerned, which numbers shall be operational at all times, to facilitate intimation to them by the petitioner in case of any exigency. It is expected that any intimation on either of the numbers by the petitioner shall be expeditiously attended to. Should the petitioner change her address, she shall intimate the SHO of Police Station Aman Vihar and the SHO of the area, where she would be shifting her residence without any delay. The petition, alongwith pending application, stands disposed off in the above terms.
