CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK

% 06.03.2018 Notice. Learned ASC (Civil) accepts notice for respondent nos. 2 and

3. Counsel for the respondent no. 4 also accepts notice. Petitioner has contended that order dated 13th October, 2017 passed in Crl. M.C. no. 119/2017 has not been complied with by the respondent nos. 1 to 3.

Learned ASC (Civil) for respondent nos. 2 and 3 submits that petitioner has given his address as "6, Sardar Patel Marg, New Delhi". However, petitioner is not available at the said address. He has not provided his current address, where he is residing.

Petitioner submits that his address is "C/o Indu Jain, 6, Sardar Patel Marg, New Delhi" . He will not give any other address. On verification by respondent nos. 2 and 3, petitioner was not found residing at the aforesaid address. Petitioner has failed to give his current address, where he is living. Accordingly, petitioner cannot complain that he has not been provided necessary care and protection, in terms of the order dated 13th October, 2017; more so when he was not found residing at the address given in the petition.

Petition is without any merits and is dismissed. A.K. PATHAK, J.
