% 24.11.2017 Petitioner no.1 is sister in law and petitioner no.2 is brother in law of respondent no.2.
Husband of respondent is stated to have already expired.
Respondent no.2 Jarino Bano is present in the Court and has been identified by SI Chhrteka of police station Punjabi Bagh and submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will, without any undue force and coercion. She further submits that she has no objection if FIR 952/2006 under sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at police station Punjabi Bagh is quashed qua the petitioners.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as detailed above, and particularly the fact that now the parties have settled their disputes amicably, in the interest of justice, the aforesaid FIR and the
