% 29.01.2018 Mr.Akhtar submits that the main grievance of the petitioner is against the Delhi Police, who are disturbing the possession of the petitioners. Counsel appearing for Delhi Police submits that Delhi Police had sought to take action at the request of the SDMC but as of now no action is being contemplated.

In view of the stand taken by respondents no.3 and 4, the petition is now being dismissed as not pressed.
