2. It is doubtful whether an Association can itself file a representative petition seeking a declaration in terms of Section 24 (2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a proper petition by the concerned individuals who are seeking relief.
4. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion, either on the preliminary objections of the Respondents or on the merits of the matter.
5. Order be given dasti to the parties.
