% 21.02.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order dated 06.03.2017 passed by respondent no.1 and order dated 23.08.2016 passed by respondent no.2, whereby the petitioner's application for B.Ed. course has been rejected. Learned counsels for the respondent fairly submits that in view of the fact that the judgement dated 23.02.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.(C)No.3231/2016 titled as Rambha College of Education v. National Council for Teacher Education & Anr. has attained finality, they have no objection to process the application of the petitioner before 03.03.2018 for the academic session 2018-19. The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. Needless to say that the application of the petitioner would be

processed for the academic year 2018-2019 and the respondents would pass an appropriate order before the cut off date for grant of recognition i.e. 3rd March, 2018.
