By this petition, petitioner Khushboo had sought protection for herself and Shoe Narayan Singh as she had married Sheo Narayan Singh. Neither Sheo Narayan Singh was a party to the present petition nor affidavit filed on his behalf. Thus no protection could have been granted to him. Now amended memo of parties along with the amended petition and the affidavit of Sheo Narayan Singh have been placed on record. On the last date of hearing, respondent Nos.4, 5 and 6 who were present in Court stated that W.P.(CRL) 3297/2017
since the petitioner has married of her own free will, they will not interfere in her married life. Respondent No.4, 5 and 6 are present in Court and stand by their statement made on 13th March, 2018 and state that they would not interfere in the married life of the petitioners. 2.
Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that at present the petitioners are not residing in Delhi and presently residing in Allahabad.

In view of the fact that the petitioners are not residing in Delhi, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. 4.
Petition is dismissed.
