This is an application seeking clarification of the order dated 09.10.2018, whereby FIR No.146/2016 under Sections 323/377/406/498A/34 of the IPC registered with PS Punjabi Bagh and all consequent proceedings arising therefrom, were quashed. The petitioners state that inadvertently, offences under Sections 506/509 of the IPC were not mentioned, as the said offences were added subsequently. 2.

It is clear from the order dated 09.10.2018 that the said FIR in its entirety and all proceedings emanating therefrom, had been quashed. Even though the offences under Sections 506/509 of the IPC did not find mention, the said offences also stood quashed by the order dated 09.10.2018 as the

FIR and all proceedings arising therefrom had been quashed. 3.
