% 05.12.2018 Non compliance of order of 6th December, 2017 is alleged in this petition. Aforesaid order makes it clear that if respondents fail to comply the undertaking given, then the Eviction Order will become executable immediately.

Since eviction order is executable, therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. This petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to petitioner to get the Eviction Order executed. At this stage, petitioner's counsel submits that he will approach the Executing Court within a week.

If it is so done, then let the Eviction Order be executed expeditiously.

With aforesaid direction, this petition is disposed of. Dasti.
