% 07.03.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant seeks leave to withdraw this appeal with liberty to approach the learned Family Court in an appropriate application seeking correction of the amount of Rs.3,500/-, directed to be paid as maintenance in respect of child Rashika, in view of his assertion that the figure is a typographical mistake. Leave and liberty granted.
