O R D E R

% 08.01.2019 Learned counsel for plaintiff states that after the last date of hearing, the matter has been amicably settled by way of an out of Court settlement dated 04th January, 2019.

The said fact is confirmed by Mr. Rajeev Salooja, the sole proprietor of defendant, who is personally present in Court and who has been identified by learned counsel for plaintiff. A photocopy of Settlement Agreement dated 04th January, 2019 is taken on record and is marked as Ex.A. Mr. Rajeev Salooja states that the name of the defendant company has been changed to M/s. MMJ Hospitality.

The statement made by Mr. Rajeev Salooja is accepted by this Court and defendant is held bound by the same.

Consequently, the present suit is decreed in accordance with the Settlement Agreement dated 04th January, 2019 and aforesaid statements. Registry is directed to prepare a decree sheet accordingly. As a token of acceptance of today's order, the counsel for the plaintiff and authorized representative of the defendant are directed to sign the order sheet.

Registry is also directed to issue to an authorised representative of the plaintiff a certificate authorizing him/her to receive back from the Collector full amount of the Court fee paid by it in the present suit. MANMOHAN, J JANUARY 08, 2019 js
