% 29.11.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that matter has been amicably settled with the respondent no.2 in Lok Adalat, inasmuch as, settled amount has already been paid to the respondent no.2. Respondent no.2 admits this fact and submits that respondent no.2 has no objection in case the FIR is quashed.

In view of the above facts, FIR No. 159/2016 under Section 135 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003 registered at police station Mehrauli and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed in view of the settlement.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
