The matter was passed-over at the request of learned counsel for the parties as the parties seek an out of Court settlement. 2.

At the second call, learned counsels appearing for the parties have jointly agreed that a sum of Rs.2,25,000/- be paid to the respondent no.1 within a period of one week from today by way of demand draft/banking transfer.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1, upon instructions from the respondent no.1, who is present in person in the Court and is so identified by his counsel, states that respondent no.1 is agreeable to receive the said amount as full and final settlement towards all his claims. The statement made is taken on record. The respondent no.1 has handed over his self attested gate-pass, which is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, upon instructions from Mr. M.S. Ahmed, AR of the petitioner company, states that the aforesaid amount will be paid within a period of one week from today by way of demand draft/bank transfer. The statement made by them is taken on record and they are bound by the same. The respondent no.1 shall provide his bank details to the petitioner. The AR of the petitioner, who happens to be an advocate, has handed over his self attested identity card, which is taken on record.

The petition is disposed of in above terms.

In case the aforesaid amount is not paid to the respondent no.1 within the aforesaid period, he shall be at liberty to move an appropriate application for revival of the petition.
