The present petition is filed seeking direction to the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation and file the chargesheet in FIR No. 200/2008 Police Station EOW under Section 420/468/471 IPC. 2.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions, informs that chargesheet has been filed on 12.02.2020 only.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is noted that on 24.10.2019, it was stated before the Court that chargesheet will be filed within a period of two weeks. However, chargesheet was not filed even till the next date of hearing, i.e., 16.01.2020.

IO was not present on the aforesaid date and cost of Rs.10,000/- was imposed to be deducted from his salary.
