% 11.09.2018 Notice. Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no. 1. Respondent no.2-Mr. Gauri Prasad Das is present in Court along with his counsel, who accepts notice. Respondent no.2 has been identified by SI Dhirender Singh of police station Dwarka North.

Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled the matter with petitioner of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. He has no objection in case FIR No. 250/2017 under Sections 452/342/323/506 IPC registered at police station Dwarka North and the consequent proceedings are quashed. Even in the bail order dated 09/10/2017 of learned Special Judge (P.C. Act) Dwarka Courts, reference of settlement has been made.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
