W.P.(CRL) 3680/2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.919/2015 under Sections 356/379/323 IPC registered at PS Sagarpur on the ground that parties have settled the matter. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the respondent No.2/complainant has lodged two other FIRs against the petitioner one of which is under Section 376 IPC and the other is under Section 380 IPC.

In view of the multiple involvement of the petitioner, this Court finds W.P.(CRL) 3680/2018

no ground to quash the FIR in question.

Petition is dismissed.
