% 19.03.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of subsequent evidence that has come up before the trial court, he seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the trial court afresh for consideration of his bail application. In view of aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
