As learned counsel proceeded to argue the petition he realised that except for setting out the history chartered by the litigation there are no pleadings as to in what manner the impugned order passed by DRAT is incorrect.

Lest the writ petition suffers a dismissal on account of lack of actionable pleadings counsel seeks leave, and is granted leave, to withdraw the petition with right reserved to file a fresh petition on the same cause. 3.
Granting liberty the petition is dismissed as not pressed. 4.
No cost.
