% 07.11.2024 File is placed before this Court vide judgment dated 29.04.2024 for issuance of Letters of Administration to the petitioner and R-2 and 3 subject to furnishing the administrative bond with one surety by the petitioner only and on payment of court fee by petitioner and R-2 & 3. Statement of petitioner has already been recorded on 14.10.2024.

Matter is pending for recording the statement of R-2 and 3. Today R-2 and 3 are present in Court for recording the statement.

Separate statements of R-2 i.e. Mr. Rajeev Sethi and R-3 i.e. Mr. Sanjeev Sethi are recorded today with respect to issuance of Letters of Administration.

At this stage, learned counsel for R-4 appeared and submitted that he has preferred appeal against the judgment dated 29.04.2024 and Hon'ble Court has pleased to issue notice to all the parties concerned. It is requested that some time be given till the said appeal adjudicated.

Learned counsel for R-4 is given liberty to file copy of the order by which proceedings in the present case have been stayed by the Hon'ble Court within two weeks from today.
