After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue his representation made against non allotment of lawyer's chamber. The learned counsel for the respondents states that the said representation is being considered and a decision on the same would be taken shortly.

The petition and the pending application are dismissed as withdrawn.

The respondents are directed to take decision on the representation filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and communicate the same to the petitioner.

Needless to mention that if aggrieved by the said decision, the petitioner is at liberty to apply.
