The parties have settled the dispute in mediation proceedings before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre ('Mediation Centre').

The Settlement Agreement dated 14th May, 2025, (hereinafter "Settlement Agreement"), which bears the signatures of the parties, has been placed on record.

3.

I have perused the terms of the Settlement Agreement and do not find anything unlawful therein.

4.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. 5.

In view of the above, the present suit is decreed in terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement, which shall form part of the Settlement Agreement.

Let the decree sheet be drawn up.
