% 19.05.2016 Crl.M.A. 8248/2016 Perusal of record shows that the present petition was disposed of vide order dated 02.11.2015 with the direction to the Trial Court to proceed with the matter pending before it in accordance with law. Thereafter, an application Crl.M.A. 1980/2016 was moved for recalling the order dated 02.11.2015 which was dismissed on 05.02.2016.

The present application Crl.M.A. 8248/2016 has been filed by the petitioner on the ground that as per the order dated 02.11.2015 passed by this Court, the Trial Court is not proceeding against the

accused persons. This Court does not find any ground to issue any directions to the Trial Court.

Application is accordingly dismissed.
