ORDER

% 11.01.2018 Petitioners seek quashing of the present FIR i.e. FIR No.0236/20 17 registered under Sections 452/308 read with Section 34 of the IPC at police station Farsh Bazar on the complaint of respondent no.2. Parties are stated to be neighbours. They have arrived at a settlement. Three out of the four victims have received simple injuries. The deed of , settlement and Memorandum of Understanding dated 25.7.20 17 is on record. It is stated that with the intervention of common family friends parties have settled their dispute and are now living peaceftilly and have no complaint left against one another. Parties pray that the present FIR be quashed. To secure ends of justice and the fact that the trial would be an exercise in futility, the parties are neighbours and have arrived at a By:AMULYA

settlement seven months ago, this is a fit case where the prayer made in the petition should be granted.

Accordingly, the FIR No.0236/20 17 registered under Sections 452/308 read with Section 34 of the IPC at police station Farsh Bazar and all the proceedings emanating therefrom stand quashed. This order is passed subject to the payment of Rs.5000/- as costs by the petitioners to be deposited with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Coifnmittee. Petition disposed of.
