% 24.07.2018 By this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.94/2017 under Sections 287/338 IPC registered at PS Greater Kailash, New Delhi on the complaint of respondent No.2.

The above noted FIR was registered on the complaint of respondent No.2 after respondent No.3 suffered burn injuries due to an electric shock while working on the plant of 220 K and 33 KV. The allegation of respondent No.2 is that no safety equipments like helmet, hand gloves etc. were provided resulting in serious injuries to respondent No.3. Respondent No.3 is stated to be in a bed-ridden condition. Though respondent No.3 is not present, respondent No.2 who is the W.P.(CRL)3357/2017

nephew of the wife of respondent No.3 and the brother-in-law of respondent No.3 are present in Court and they state that there is no settlement arrived at between the parties.

Considering the fact that there is no settlement between the parties, the petition and the application are dismissed. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
