% 29.01.2018 A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that the petitioners when granted three weeks furlough by the D.G. (Prisons) surrendered late by ten days in June, 2016.

Since furlough is a reward for good conduct, this Court finds no ground to interfere in the order dated 4th August, 2017 passed by the competent authority rejecting grant of furlough to the petitioners. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
