% 17.01.2019 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file special leave petition and maintain social ties. Petitioner has given the address of the family members which has been verified as per the status report handed-over by learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State in Court today. The family of the petitioner is residing at village Bhelwa, Post Bhalva, PS Suiya, Distt. Banka, Bihar. Phone numbers of the family members have also been collected. Considering that the petitioner has been in continuous custody for more than 10 years and has roots in the society, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is therefore directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of six weeks on his furnishing a personal W.P.(CRL) 3338/2017

bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.

Petition is disposed of.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
