% 27.11.2017 The application (IA No.13930/2017) is filed with an execution application for transfer of decree award dated 30.3.2016 passed in DAC/336/09-13, Delhi International Arbitration Centre. It is submitted the judgment debtor is carrying on its business within the local limits of Court at Hyderabad and has its properties situated in the local jurisdiction of Courts at Hyderabad who are only competent to direct attachment and sale of such properties of Judgment Debtor in satisfaction of the Arbitral Award/Decree dated 30.03.2016. Considering the submissions of the petitioner, Transfer Certificate be issued transferring the Decree/Arbitral Award dated 30.03.2016 in DAC/336/09-13 passed by learned Arbitrator to the Courts at Hyderabad for execution of Decree/ Arbitral Award dated

30.03.2016 as per law.
