% 01.12.2017 After some hearing, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition and states that the petitioner would like to approach the Central Government under Rule 33 of the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011. In view of the statement made, without expressing any opinion on whether or not the said provision would be available to the petitioner or applied, we permit learned counsel for the petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition.
