% 13.12.2017 The status report indicates that the charge-sheet has been submitted on 03.11.2017.

On behalf of the applicant a request has been made to allow the applicant to be released on bail.

The State submits that FSL report is against the applicant and that the matter is pending before the learned Trial Court for the date 15.12.2017. The Investigating Officer of the present case has submitted that there are no previous antecedents against the applicant. It has also been submitted on behalf of the State that there are no other co-accused in the instant case. Taking into account the factum that the charge-sheet has already been submitted and there are no previous antecedents against the applicant, the applicant/petitioner is allowed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail

bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.

Copy of the order be given Dasti, as prayed under the signatures of the Court Master.
