% 06.12.2017 Initial submissions made on behalf of either side. On a perusal of the averments made in the FIR and the statement under Section 164 Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 of the prosecutrix and the statement of the prosecutrix recorded before the learned Trial Court, without any observation on the merits or demerits of the case, there is presently no ground for bail.

It has been submitted on behalf of the appellant that as almost all the witnesses except the Investigating Officer SI Krishna Kumari have been examined, the learned Trial Court be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.

The State affirms that only the Investigating Officer SI Krishna Kumari is to be examined.
