On the submissions of the learned senior counsel for the petitioner, the respondent is agreeable to provide the record of the demarcation which has been carried out by the respondent in terms of the notice dated 02.11.2017; this demarcation which had been fixed
and effected on 15.11.2017. The other connected documents shall be furnished to the petitioner within a period of one week and a personal hearing shall also be granted to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. Needless to state that the respondent shall pass a speaking order on the personal hearing granted to the petitioner. In this intervening period of three weeks no coercive steps be taken.
