% 18.05.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn my attention to the order dated 1st October, 2015 passed by this Court wherein this court has carved out six age groups for the Skating Championship conducted by CBSE.

Mr. Amit Bansal, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.2 and 3 states that CBSE has taken a decision to revise the age groups for the academic years 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 in terms of a letter issued on 15th May, 2017. The same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that this would satisfy the grievance of the petitioners in this petition. Noting the submission, the petition is disposed of.

CM Nos. 21829/2015 & 34739/2016 Dismissed as infructuous.
