% 11.12.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that he had withdrawn his earlier petition being W.P.(Crl.) No.931/2018 praying for quashing of FIR No.0392/2017 on 09.08.2018, without seeking any liberty to file a fresh petition for quashing of the same FIR. He therefore, prays that he may be granted leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek a clarification from the same Bench that had dismissed his earlier criminal writ petition, before a fresh petition is filed. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending application with liberty as prayed for.
