% 11.02.2020 CM No. 10881/2019 (for direction) Ld. counsel for respondents submitted that LRs of respondent received the payment after deduction of TDS. However, TDS certificate has not been supplied by appellant bank.

Appellant bank is directed to supply the TDS certificate to the LRs of respondent.

The appellant bank has paid the annual grading increment to the LRs of respondent as prayed in the application, hence, this application is accordingly disposed off.

No further order is required in this matter.
