By way of this application, Counsel for petitioners/plaintiff states that suit being CS 11750/2016 was disposed by ADJ, Saket Courts by judgment dated 26th October 2017, thereafter challenged before this Court in Civil Revision Petition (C.R.P.), which was subsequently disposed of by judgment dated 19th May 2025. Thereafter a Special Leave Petition ('SLP') was preferred by petitioners/plaintiffs before the Supreme Court, which was dismissed by order dated 22nd August 2025.

It is prayed that original documents which were filed as part of the suit, as per Annexure A-2 of present application, be returned to petitioners/plaintiffs.
