W.P.(C) 13140/2018 The petitioners claim to be regular street vendors and have been vending around Sarojini Nagar Market area. They seek a direction to the Town Vending Committee (TVC) that their area be surveyed and their names be considered.

Mr.Peechara, learned counsel for respondent disputes the averments made in the writ petition and submits that the petition lacks material particulars and, thus, the same should be dismissed. Mr.Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

petitioners would approach the TVC first and if necessary they would approach the Court.
