% 08.01.2018 The learned counsels for both the parties agree the arbitration proceedings be conducted under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). Hence the parties shall appear before the co-ordinator of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) on 12.01.2018. The learned arbitrator be appointed by the DIAC. The fee of the arbitrator shall be as per the schedule of DIAC. All objections qua validity of the claim, limitation etc. be taken up by the respondent before the learned arbitrator.
