This application seeks correction in the first part of para 7 of the order dated 31.1.2018 which reads as follows :

"7) Accordingly, the respondent no.3 is directed to analyse the sample available with it (i.e., the third sample) and render a report in that behalf. Consequently, the third sample will be sent to the Central Government Laboratory other than the Laboratories which tested the previous sample. W.P.(C) 10671/2017

Accordingly, the same is corrected to the following extent and be read as follows :

"7) Accordingly, respondent no.1 and 2 are directed to send the third sample available with respondent no.3 to a Central Government Laboratory other than the Laboratory which tested the previous sample."

The remaining directions contained in the order dated 30.1.2018 will remain unaltered.

The application is, accordingly, disposed of. 5.

At this stage, Mr. Ahluwalia says that the cost of chemical analysis should be borne by the applicant/petitioner. Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner says that it would have no objection in bearing the cost of chemical analysis. It is directed accordingly. 6.

In view of the fact that correction was ordered today, the period of six weeks will commence from this date.
