% 15.02.2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner says that the arbitral proceedings have since initiated and pending for 06.03.2018. She prays that this application be referred as an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 while protecting the petitioner.

In view of the submissions so made, this petition filed under Section 9 the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is referred as an application under Section 17 of the Act to be considered by the learned arbitrator. Needless to say that the interim order will be enured to the petitioner till the learned arbitrator decide this application. The parties to appear before the learned arbitrator on 06.03.2018 the date already fixed.

Petition stands disposed of.
