O R D E R

% 18.03.2019 By the instant CM(M), the petitioner-The New India Assurance Company Ltd., assails two orders dated 21.09.2017 and 12.10.2017 passed by MACT (NE Karkardooma), whereunder, in effect, the remaining evidence of the respondents, including the instant petitioner, was closed. On the petition so preferred, the proceedings before the MACT were stayed and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, who are the claimants, submits that the petition may be disposed of granting one opportunity to the instant petitioner- The New India Assurance Company Ltd., to conclude its entire remaining evidence on such terms as this Court may consider appropriate.

Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances, one more opportunity is granted to the petitioner- The New India Assurance Company Ltd., to conclude its remaining evidence on a date, as may be fixed by the

Tribunal, subject to costs of Rs.20,000/- to be deposited with the Tribunal and to be released favouring the respondent No.1 on such terms as may be fixed by the Tribunal.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
