O R D E R

% 21.12.2017 By this petition the petitioner had sought extension of parole granted to him for maintaining social ties by the competent authority. Petitioner filed the said parole for a period of four weeks with effect from 3rd November, 2017 to 1st December, 2017. However, in the meantime the marriage of the petitioner's brother got fixed. A status report has been filed verifying the factum that the marriage of the brother of the petitioner i.e. Mohd. Shadab is to be solemnized on 26th December, 2017 and the reception is organized for 28th December, 2017. Considering the verification report and that the petitioner is being granted parole and furloughs regularly when there is no allegation that he misused the concession, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is therefore directed that the petitioner be released on parole W.P.(CRL) 3315/2017

for a period of one week on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the Superintendent Tihar Jail.

Petition is disposed of. Order dasti.
